The universal changeroom will be closed starting October 2 and will re-open on October 24. Parents or guardians with children can use the accessible washroom located on the pool deck. Please plan ahead as there may be longer wait times for this space during busy periods.
You will continue to have access to the women’s and men’s changerooms but will need to enter from the emergency exit near the main facility entrance directly onto the pool deck. Directional signage will be placed throughout the facility.
The men’s and women’s changerooms will be temporarily available to facility users of all ages. Please follow all posted signage and connect with staff if you have any questions.
We encourage you to come to your swimming lesson dressed and ready so that you are not waiting to access the single universal changeroom facility.
The patient transfer lift is not available until the universal changeroom re-opens on October 24. The water wheelchair and the pool lift will still be available during this interruption.
If needed, you may also access additional men’s and women’s changerooms on the west side of the building.
