Job Details
Provide administrative, clerical and court monitor support to the Provincial Offences Court Administration. Perform all powers and duties of a Commission for taking Affidavits. Prepare and maintain records and documents for the administration of POA courts.
Qualifications
Requires two-year college diploma as a law clerk or related field and a combination of up to two years previous or on-the-job experience in a related field. Demonstrated knowledge of court reporting is required. Requires intermediate level of word processing and spreadsheet software applications. Must have well developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); strong organization and time management skills; the ability to coordinate a number of tasks at one time; ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be a team player with a commitment to quality and customer service. Previous experience in ICON or similar integrated system is an asset.
Salary
$68,213.60 - $71,871.80
