Electronic Document Management Clerk - Summer Student

Job Details

The Electronic Document Management Clerk will provide clerical support to the Housing Services team within the Social Services Division.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience normally associated with college or university student.  Must be confident in navigating new software. Must be able to learn advanced tools in database management, Microsoft Word, able to independently research and troubleshoot accessible document errors and able to maintain focus and high quality of work in a repetitive workflow environment.

Must have good communication skills, able to work as part of a team in a virtual environment on Microsoft Teams. Must be able to work at assigned tasks independently and seek assistance when required. Must have effective organizational skills to maintain an electronic document management system.

This is a temporary full-time position from May 2026 to August 2026.

Salary

$19.98/Hour
