Training
As part of our commitment to advancing accessibility within our community, the City of Peterborough offers online courses to support training requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. While these courses were developed for City staff, they are available for use by everyone.
- Determine what courses are mandatory.
- Launch a course from the Training Tiles.
- Complete the ‘Certify Completion' form at the end of each mandatory course.
- AccessForward has free training modules to help organizations understand Ontario's accessibility laws.
- LinkedIn Learning Training has basic to advanced courses on how to make documents accessible.
