Records Management Assistant

Job Details
Reporting to the Records Management Specialist, the Records Management Assistant will assist the Records Management Specialist in routine corporate records management duties. The position will assist with organization-wide, and division specific, records management projects, as well as assisting City staff with routine records management inquiries and requests.
Qualifications
Enrolled in or recently graduated from formal academic training, equivalent to a two year diploma program in Library and Information Technician, Business Information Management, Public Administration or related discipline, Records & Information Management Certificate, up to 3 years’ experience in administrative support or a suitable combination of education and experience. CRM designation, or working towards, would be considered an asset. Must have well developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); strong organization and time management skills; the ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate a number of tasks at one time; ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be a team player with a commitment to detail, quality, and customer service.
Hourly Wage: $31.19
