Bulk Water Fill Station

The City of Peterborough Water Services bulk water fill station at 280 Milroy Dr. offers both a 2-inch diameter overhead fill as well as a 3-inch diameter side fill. In addition, a large cul-de-sac has been constructed to increase vehicular safety while using the station.

• operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
• cost $3.25 per cubic metre of water dispensed
• has the ability to dispense water at 0.1 cubic metre increments
• accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, and Mastercard Debit only as payment methods - cash is not accepted
• pre-payment of a minimum $1,000 is available below - for new customers, Water Services staff will contact you via phone to confirm details and issue a PIN access code and equipment number

** Please note between December 24th, 2025 to January 1st, 2026 purchases for Bulk Water may take longer to process and prepayments may not be applied right away.  After processing your prepayment, please do not visit the fill station, until you have received your emailed receipt confirming your transaction.
