This form is for events taking place indoors or outdoors where only invited guests will be attending, such as weddings, celebrations of life, showers, meetings or birthday parties.

If you would like to rent the Sport & Wellness Centre for a party, please visit the Party Packages page by clicking on the link below. Package options include time in multi-purpose rooms, and options for gym and pool add-ons. Corporate rates available for staff parties!
Sport Facility Requests
Please click on the link below to complete a sport facility request form. This form is for all sport rentals including arenas, pools, gyms, fields, diamonds and courts.
Insurance Requirements
Insurance is mandatory for all rentals that take place in municipally operated or permitted facilities. You have two options to provide a Certificate of Insurance to the City:
- Instant Risk Coverage Inc.: Instant Risk is a 3rd party insurance program. You can apply for insurance through their online insurance portal once you have received your Facility Agreement. Learn more about Instant Risk, including how to apply for coverage.
- Insurance Company of your choosing: You can provide a Certificate of Insurance from an insurance company or broker of your own choosing, as long as it meets the City's requirements. Click on the link below to learn more.
