Starting Fall 2025, members can use the drop-in fitness schedules to request classes they would like to receive communications about. If you'd like to receive email updates about the classes you attend, simply:
- Write your name and email on a copy of the drop-in fitness schedule (land and/or aqua only).
- Circle the drop-in fitness classes you'd like to receive updates for.
These email updates may include:
- Class Cancellations
- Room changes
- Maintenance notices
- Service disruptions
- Friendly reminders
Please note: Signing up for email updates does not reserve a spot in any class. This is purely for communication purposes.
Important: You’ll need to re-sign each season when a new schedule is released. Also, while we’ll do our best to communicate in a timely way, there may be occasions when last-minute changes happen too quickly to notify by email.
Thank you for staying connected — we’re excited to make it even easier for you to stay informed and keep moving!
