Notice of Public Meeting - June 8, 2026
Take Notice that the City of Peterborough has received the following application, and pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, c.P.13, the City of Peterborough General Committee will hold a Public Meeting in the Council Chambers, City Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Monday June 8, 2026.

The applicant proposes to amend the Zoning By-law from R.3 ‘Residential District’ to C.50 ‘Commercial District’ to facilitate the development of a four-storey mixed-use building with commercial space on the main floor and 16 residential units on the upper three floors. The proposal includes 31 parking spaces, short-term and long-term bicycle parking and landscaped areas. The zoning by-law amendment proposes site-specific zoning regulations to permit the concept as proposed, including relief from one of the required loading spaces and parking lot design and layout.
