Notice of Hearing - Committee of Adjustment - July 21, 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following applications under Sections 45 and 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, c.P.13 will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment through an electronic hearing on July 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
1. A27/26 – 50 Wallis Drive
The applicant is seeking relief from Section 6.11(a) of the Zoning By-law to decrease the minimum permitted setback from the southerly street line from 6 metres to 1.2 metres to accommodate an expansion to the detached garage.
2. A28/26 – 760 Rye Street
The applicant is seeking relief from Section 19.2 of the Zoning By-law to reduce the minimum permitted building setback from a side lot line abutting a non-residential district from the greater of 6 metres or 4.3 metres per storey to 6.7 metres to permit a proposed building expansion.
3. B05/26 – 774 Rye Street
The applicant is seeking consent to sever the south-westerly 0.2 hectares (0.5 acres) of land for the purpose of adding it to the benefitting parcel located at 760 Rye Street.
