City of Peterborough payment systems temporarily unavailable

Peterborough, ON – Please be advised that the City of Peterborough is currently experiencing an ongoing technical issue with its payment system.  

Payment systems are currently down at City Hall, 500 George St. N., including Service Peterborough and the City Clerk’s office, the Peterborough Regional Airport, Peterborough Transit office, 190 Simcoe St., and at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 490 Kennedy Rd.  

Online payment for parking tickets is also currently unavailable. 

The portal for applying and paying for permits is not impacted by the issue. 

The City is working with its payment service provider to resolve the issue and apologizes for any inconvenience.
