Second Annual Mayoral Invitational Charity Golf Tournament

Peterborough, ON – Mayor Jeff Leal is proud to announce the second annual Peterborough Mayoral Invitational Charity Golf Tournament on Monday, September 8, 2025 in support of the Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC) Foundation. 

The event will take place at the Kawartha Golf Club, bringing together community members, local businesses, and City leaders for a day of friendly competition and fundraising.  

“I was faced with a cancer diagnosis two years ago, but I’m cancer free today because of the swift and effective care I received right here in our community,” said Mayor Jeff Leal. “We must ensure that PRHC has all the resources they need to continue to provide the best quality care for the residents of our City and Region. That’s why I have chosen to support the PRHC Foundation’s Campaign for PRHC, with the proceeds of the second annual Mayoral Invitational Charity Golf Tournament helping to reimagine healthcare in our region.”

The day will include a round of golf, lunch, and dinner. All proceeds from the event will go directly to the Peterborough Regional Health Centre Foundation.
