Notice of Public Meeting - August 25, 2025

Take Notice that the City of Peterborough has received the following applications, and pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, c.P.13, the City of Peterborough General Committee will hold a Public Meeting in the Council Chambers, City Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 25, 2025.

The applicant is proposing to develop a 17-storey, mixed-use building on the subject property, which is the current location of the Mark Street United Church. The proposed building would be located to the west of the original church structure (to remain as is), in the area of the existing multi-purpose room, which is proposed to be demolished.

A Staff report will be available by 12:00 p.m. on the City’s website on Thursday, the 21st day of August, 2025.
