Notice of Annual General Meeting of Peterborough Housing Municipal Services Corporation

Peterborough, ON – Peterborough Housing Municipal Services Corporation will hold its Annual General Meeting of the Shareholder at City Hall, 500 George St. N. in Council Chambers on Monday, October 20, 2025 at 6 p.m.

The purpose of this meeting:

1. To elect officers to the Board of the Peterborough Housing Municipal Services Corporation;
2. To present the Shareholder Direction and Bylaws; and
3. To appoint an auditor for 2026.
