Bulk Water Fill Station Service Update November 14, 2025

Peterborough, ON – The Bulk Water Fill Station credit card payment system at 280 Milroy Dr. was restored on November 14, 2025.  

Customers may once again use both prepaid PIN codes and credit card payments to access bulk water services. Debit card and cash payments are not supported for Bulk Water Fill Station services. 

Customers interested in creating a prepaid PIN code can set up an account by completing the Bulk Water Fill Station Prepayment Form. A minimum prepayment is required. Once the account is established, Water Services staff will contact the customer by phone to provide their PIN access code and equipment number.
