Pre-Consultation
A Pre-Consultation meeting with City Staff is recommended under By-law 24-095 before submitting a development application for:
- Official Plan Amendment
- Zoning By-Law Amendment
- Site Plan
- Plan of Subdivision
- Plan of Condominium
A Pre-Consultation meeting provides an opportunity for City Staff to:
- Outline the application review process
- Identify key planning, engineering, and technical considerations
- Confirm the plans, reports, studies, and information required for a Complete Application when formal submission is made.
Fee
$2,538.00 — Standard Pre-Consultation fee
City Staff will contact applicants with payment instructions once the Pre-Consultation request is received. If an Applicant does not opt in to the Pre-Consultation process prior to submitting their Planning Act Application(s), the applicable fee will increase to include twice the Pre-Consultation fee ($5,076)
