Access to the Peterborough Museum & Archives property and the top of Armour Hill in Ashburnham Memorial Park will remain open while the watermain is replaced under Museum Drive.

Construction for the watermain started on Monday, April 12, 2021. The area of work will be limited to the intersection of Museum Drive and Hunter Street and will not restrict traffic flow to the Museum. The remaining work on Museum Drive is expected to begin on April 19, 2021.

The work is expected to take about four weeks to complete, which would be around middle to late May.

The Peterborough Museum & Archives remains closed to the public as part of the provincewide stay at home order.
