The reason for this service disruption is:
The walkway will be part of a construction zone during the planned upgrade to the Peterborough Museum and Archives' campus wayfinding and signage.
Alternative services may be found:
Pedestrian access to the front doors of the Peterborough Museum and Archives is available by using the stairs, porch, and ramp of the adjacent Fleming Annex Portable facility, located north of the closed walkway.
An accessible, zero-step entrance is located at the rear of the building. To use the rear entrance, visitors should use the accessible parking spaces located at the Curatorial Centre, which are located off the drive aisle just north of the Kaawaate East City Public School parking lot on Museum Drive. If using this entrance, please call the Peterborough Museum & Archives at 705-743-5180 when you arrive – staff will greet you at this entrance.
