Registration opens Monday, July 13 for both of the City’s alternative camps, Summer Play - Museum Adventure program and the Summer Play- Navy Club program, for all weeks of the summer.

Registration is online at peterborough.ca/summercamps.

Both camps will follow public health protocols to protect against the spread of COVID-19. Space is limited as the number in each group is restricted to follow provincial guidelines. Summer Play Program guidelines are available at peterborough.ca/summercamps

“We're opening registration for all weeks of the Summer Play camps to make it easier for families to plan for the summer," said Councillor Lesley Parnell, Chair of City Council’s Arenas, Parks and Recreation Portfolio. “We’re pleased to be able to provide fun, safe camp environments and offer reliable care for school-aged children to parents.”

The first week of the Summer Play - Navy Club program, which was scheduled to run July 13 to 17, is cancelled as there were no registered participants.

Summer Play - Museum Adventure alternative camp program

The cost is $250 per child, per week-long program and $200 per child for the week of August 4 to 7 which is a 4-day week.
