Peterborough, ON - The City of Peterborough, in collaboration with Habitat for Humanity Peterborough & Kawartha Region, is pleased to advise that applications for the 2019 Peterborough Renovates Program will be available on April 15, 2019. This program helps people make critical repairs so they can stay in their own homes.

“The Peterborough Renovates Program is for eligible low to moderate homeowners in the City and County of Peterborough. Homeowners can access interest-free, forgiveable loans to complete urgent repairs or reduce physical barriers to accessibility,” said Manager of Housing Services, Rebecca Morgan Quin.

“There is limited funding available and this may be the last year for the program. In order to be considered for this opportunity, we encourage interested applicants to attend upcoming Information Sessions and ensure that completed application forms are submitted to Habitat for Humanity by May 24, 2019 at 4 p.m.”
