Now You’re Speaking My Language!
Fleming College students, in collaboration with the Peterborough Museum & Archives, present:
Words & Beyond: How Communication Brings Us Together
The Peterborough Museum & Archives will host a new temporary exhibit curated by students from Fleming College’s Museum Management and Curatorship program that explores how communication has shaped Peterborough and the surrounding area.
Everyone is invited to visit the exhibit to discover all the different ways we connect to one another and the wider world.
Words & Beyond: How Communication Brings Us Together opens in the Heideman exhibit space on March 23 and continues until June 16, 2024. The official exhibit opening will take place on April 17 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., featuring music, snacks, and activities.
“We’re excited to share this fun, new exhibit by the talented up-and-coming museum professionals from Fleming. Communication shapes our lives now more than ever, but has also played a key role in our local history,” said Susan Neale, Director or the Peterborough Museum and Archives. “There’s so much to say, so come talk about it!”
