Peterborough Memorial Centre reopens with an exciting and diverse lineup for the fall, winter and spring in Peterborough’s premier major sport and events facility, starting with the massively popular children’s entertainment group The Wiggles on Thursday, October. 16, 2019.

  • Thursday, October 17, 2019 – Peterborough Petes Home Opener, the Peterborough Petes return with their Home Opener against the Hamilton Bulldogs.
  • Saturday, October 19, 2019 – Homecoming V: Going Global, featuring local boxer Cody Crowley, who is the reigning Canadian Professional Boxing Council National super welterweight champion, in an event that will be streaming exclusively on UFC Fight Pass.
  • Friday, November 8, 2019 – Toronto Maple Leafs 2019 Alumni Tour visits in support of the Greater Peterborough Health Services Foundation.
  • Saturday, November 9, 2019 – An Intimate Conversation with Gene Simmons, the legendary frontman and co-founder of KISS, one of the best-selling bands of all time.
  • Wednesday, November 13, 2019 – Rock the Rink, the final tour featuring gold medal Olympians Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir, who have captivated the country with their electrifying figure skating and ice dancing.
  • Friday, November 15, 2019 – Arkells: Rally Cry Tour that will pull people out of their seats with the hits from the acclaimed, JUNO Award-winning rock band.
  • Friday, December 27, 2019 – Iconic Canadian country rock band Blue Rodeo returns to Peterborough in a can’t-miss performance featuring special guest Elliott Brood.
  • Friday, February 7, 2020 – The Strumbellas bring their big, upbeat, fast, exciting, heart-racing music to the PMC with their new album, Rattlesnake, described as a musical step forward from their to-the-rafters scrappy folk aesthetic of their earlier work.
  • Tuesday, February 25, 2020 – Old Dominion, winners of Country Music Awards Group of the Year and two-time Academy of Country Music Awards Group of the Year, will be taking to the stage at the PMC with special guests Mitchell Tenpenny and Meghan Patrick.
  • March 27, 2020 – JUNO Award winning rockers The Glorious Sons bring their “A War on Everything” North American Tour to the PMC.
  • April 2, 2020 – Prepare to be entertained by the energy, outrageous skills, and fan interaction by the Harlem Globetrotters in their one-of-a-kind show.

With the upcoming new season at the Peterborough Memorial Centre, there are also some operational changes and new customer experience enhancements.

Peterborough Police Service officers will be directing traffic at the intersection of Lansdowne Street and Roger Neilson Way and the intersection of Lansdowne Street and Lock Street after Peterborough Petes and Peterborough Lakers games, as well as prior to some major events to help improve the flow of traffic. On-site parking at Morrow Park for all events at the Peterborough Memorial Centre is $5.

A new sound system installed in May will enhance the experience for people attending events at the Peterborough Memorial Centre.

The Peterborough Memorial Centre welcomes a new food service provider, Compass Group of Canada, that will be offering new menu options like beef brisket sandwiches and Beyond Meat burgers. Credit and debit will be accepted at all points of sale, in every concession stand, in the arena. Food and alcohol sales will be available at all concession stands, replacing the former practice of having separating lines for food sales and alcohol beverage sales.
