 Take Notice that the City of Peterborough has received the following application(s) and pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, c.P.13, the City of Peterborough General Committee will hold a Public Meeting in the Council Chambers, City Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 2, 2023.

The applicant proposed to amend the zoning of the subject property from R.1 – Residential District to R.2 – Residential District to permit the construction of two dwelling units on the subject property. Exceptions to the R.2 zoning district are proposed to reduce the minimum building setback from the rear lot line and reduce the minimum lot width per dwelling unit.
