Take Notice that the City of Peterborough has received the following applications, and pursuant to Sections 17 and 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, c.P.13, the General Committee will hold a public meeting electronically, through the City’s website, at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2020:

1. Files: O1905 and Z1915Map showing location of proposed development
Affected Lands: 725 Clonsilla Avenue
Applicant: Kawartha Golf & Country Club / AON Inc.
Agent: WND Associates Limited / R. Dragicevic

The applicant proposes to amend the Official Plan and Zoning of the affected lands from the Major Open Space Designation to Residential on Schedule A, and to High-Density Residential on Schedule E of the Official Plan. Zoning is proposed to change from the OS.2 Open Space District to a Special Residential Zoning District to facilitate the redevelopment of a parcel severed from the Golf Course lands, to support a mix of residential housing types, including a retirement residence, garden homes and apartment buildings with heights ranging from 4 to 8 storeys and site-specific regulations.
