Take Notice that the City of Peterborough has received the following application(s) and pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, c.P.13, the City of Peterborough General Committee will hold a Public Meeting in the Council Chambers, City Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 4, 2023.

The applicant is proposing to amend the zoning of the subject property from C.4 – Commercial District to R.60-362 – Residential District to permit the construction of an 11-storey and an 8-storey apartment building containing ground floor commercial units. Exceptions to the R.60 zoning district are proposed to add additional commercial uses, to reduce the minimum lot area per dwelling unit, to increase the maximum building coverage, to increase and specify the number of storeys for each building, to increase the floor area per commercial purpose, to increase the commercial floor area per building, to increase lot coverage by open parking areas, driveways and vehicle movement areas, to decrease the minimum residential parking requirements and loading space requirements, and to introduce minimum bicycle parking standards and a minimum setback for ground floor residential uses.
