Peterborough, ON – Trinity Community Centre, which provides warming room services on behalf of the City and County of Peterborough, is extending its hours of service and will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. until Saturday, January 20, due to extreme cold temperatures in the forecast for the Peterborough area.
Trinity Community Centre is located at 360 Reid St., with the entrance off Simcoe Street. A full description of services at Trinity Community Centre, including the winter overnight program, is online at www.onecityptbo.ca/trinity-community-centre.

Emergency shelters are open and available to people experiencing homelessness who require emergency overnight shelter. Individuals are asked to contact the shelters first for space:
- YES Shelter for Youth and Families, 196 Brock St., telephone 705-748-3851
- Brock Mission Men’s Shelter, 217 Murray St., telephone 705-748-4766
- Cameron House Women’s Shelter, 738 Chemong Rd., telephone 705-748-4766
- Trinity Community Centre Overnight Service, 360 Reid St., telephone 705-991-5166.
