Construction Notice: Sewer replacements - Lansdowne Street West

Sewer replacements and spot repairs Lansdowne Street West at Goodfellow Road

The City awarded the above noted project to Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. in 2023. The Contractor is scheduled to mobilize to this location on August 12, 2024. The work is scheduled to be completed by October of 2024.

The scope of work includes a storm maintenance hole repair on the south side of Lansdowne Street West between Goodfellow Road and Arthur Avenue. Once the maintenance hole repair work is complete, the restoration of the impacted areas will
commence.

To facilitate this work, traffic may experience lane shifts with the use of flagging operations to help facilitate the project works. As a result, it is expected that traffic may experience delays within the construction limits.
