2021 Community Grants Program – Applications Open

Peterborough, ON – Applications for the 2021 Community Grants Program are now open.

The City of Peterborough invites any not-for-profit group or association in the City that would like to be considered for the Community Grant Program in 2021 to complete an application online at www.peterborough.ca/CommunityGrants before the deadline of December 4, 2020 at 3 p.m.

The Community Grants program provides financial assistance to non-profit, community-based organizations that provide direct programs, services, or activities that enhance the quality of life for Peterborough residents in the areas of health, arts, culture, heritage, recreation, the environment, and social services. City Council annually sets aside funds to be allocated to various groups within the City of Peterborough.

The Community Grant streams available through the application process include:

  1. Community Project Grants (support for a specific project for which the amount requested is between $250 and $1,000)
  2. Community Investment Grants (project and special events, specific programs or operating budgets for which amount requested is $1,000 - $15,000)
