Memberships at the Centre include many drop-in activities such fitness classes, swimming, sports and more. Non-members can also pay to drop-in to these activities. On this page you will find helpful information for all of our drop-in programs, the programs we are currently offering, and copies of each of our schedules. 

Schedules

The Centre offers a variety of fitness classes, both on land and in the water, drop-in sport activities such as badminton and volleyball, and public swimming programs like lane swim and nursery swim. Our latest schedules are below.

Fitness - Land and Aqua

Group Fitness Schedule - Aquatic Classes

Our pools are closed from September 20, 2021 until January 2022 while repairs are completed on our HVAC system. 

Group Fitness - Aquatic Classes are expected to resume in January 2022. Please check back for updated schedules.

Public Swimming
 

Public Swimming Schedule

The Leisure Pool and the Therapy pool will re-open on October 25, 2021 while while waiting for confirmation on the new HVAC system. 

Public swimming will resume on October 25. Updated schedules will be available by October 20 - please check back.
