The draft Official Plan is available for review and can be downloaded by clicking on the link below. The new Official Plan will shape how Peterborough grows and develops to 2041. Public feedback is critical to ensuring that the new Official Plan will serve the community well now and for years to come.

Throughout the summer and early fall 2019, the City will be conducting extensive community engagement to inform, consult and involve the community in the development of the new Official Plan. 

The process will also include consulting with a working group made up of representatives from the community and key stakeholder groups.

If you would like to participate in or keep up to date on the Official Plan Update process, please subscribe to our blog for regular news updates or visit this page often for dates of upcoming events.

You can provide comments on the draft Official Plan online or by writing to us using the mailing address at the bottom of this page.
