Personal Support Worker

If you are passionate about caring for members of our community, then the Personal Support Worker training program could be for you.

Soft Skills

This workshop is transformational for any client who is ready for change, but needs help getting there. Discover the strengths you already have and explore how poverty impacts your ability to change.

A community or volunteer placement gives you an opportunity to gain work experience, learn new skills and get references.

Monday and Friday afternoons in our resource centre are dedicated to activities related to job search.

Technology Help Tuesdays

Help to apply for Identification or anything tech related: working on courses, complete online training and applications. Set-up e-mail and or navigate websites.

 Resume Development

Individuals can work on the computers with one-on-one support to create their own resume, or they can meet with an EC to fill out a template about themselves, and have the EC complete the resume for them.
