Interior of City bus

Peterborough Transit serves you with reliable, accessible transit services that can accommodate wheelchairs and medical scooters on all buses. We operate full-sized buses that run on regular and express routes, as well as the Accessible Van Service and the Community Bus.

If you experienced an issue or a problem with your transit ride, please let us know by completing our transit feedback form. If you would like to recognize your outstanding bus driver, take part in our Outstanding Bus Operator Recognition Program.

To ensure that we provide a high quality and safe service to you, please follow our rules and guidelines when using our services.

Contact us about marketing opportunities on our transit vehicles.

Bike Racks on Buses

As of May 2021, Peterborough Transit installed bicycle racks on 5 buses. The bicycle racks can hold two bicycles and are located on the front of the buses. Cyclists are welcome to mount their bikes on these bike racks, which will provide more options and flexibility to travel to their destinations. There is no additional cost to transport a bicycle on a Peterborough Transit bus. Bicycles can not be transported inside buses, more details about how to use this service are on our rules and guidelines page.
