Job Details

Under the direction of the Youth Program Coordinator, the Program Supervisor will be responsible for program planning, development, and implementation of daily activities in a variety of programs and services, both registered and drop-in. Provide leadership for a program team, that will engage youth and students in quality age-appropriate programming.  Candidates will maintain high standard of program development, customer service and participant interaction.

Qualifications

The position requires knowledge of and experience in a recreation and program setting with excellent customer service and communication skills.  Experience in planning, developing and implementing programs as well as supervisory experience. The successful candidate will have excellent decision-making skills with the ability to work independently.  First Aid and CPR/AED certification is required.

Staff are required to be available to work afternoon and evening shifts and some weekends. Hours of work per week will be up to 20 hours.    

Hourly Rate

$17.72
