Job Details 

The Administrative Assistant to the Manager, Airport Administration provides administrative and secretarial support to the Manager, Airport Administration. Provides support for a broad range of Airport related activities, including research, preparation of airport tenant leases and tracking, marketing activities, financial administration and business development. Acts as a liaison with various City departments, customers, agencies and supports Business Development activities, in addition to other key responsibilities.  

This is a part-time position, 24 hours per week; Monday to Thursday, 6 hours per day. 

Qualifications 

Knowledge and experience normally associated with a post-secondary diploma in Business or Marketing with 1-2 years of office administration or marketing experience. Knowledge of Airport functions would be considered an asset. This position requires excellent written and oral communications skills. Requires intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in addition to experience with website updates. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated commitment to customer service is required. Attention detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities are required. 

Salary 

Hourly Rate: $32.81 - $34.70
