First opened in June 2005, the Wellness Centre offers programs, services, and special events for individuals of all ages and abilities. Take a virtual tour of the centre and view our amenities.
Fitness Centre
- Indoor 100m walking track
- State-of-the-art Star Trac & Cybex cardio machines
- Pin-loaded Nautilus strength and conditioning machines
- Free weight section & Smith machine
- Aerobic studio and stretching zone
Aquatic Centre
The aquatic centre boasts two pools: a 20m leisure pool with three lanes, and a large shallow therapy with therapeutic jets and seating.
Gymnasium
The Centre offers a triple gymnasium with bleacher seating for 300+ people and team changerooms. The gym can be divided into three single gyms for community sport or special event rental.
Multi-purpose Rooms
The Centre features three bright and spacious multi-purpose rooms, each accommodating up to 30 people. The sliding walls between rooms can be opened or closed to provide greater space and capacity. Free WIFI, a sink and counter space, and projector and screen are also available.
Child Minding
The Centre offers a child minding space where children can enjoy games and crafts while you use the Centre. The service for kids 6 weeks to 12 years is included in one year family, child, and one-adult family memberships.

The Centre is a one-level fully accessible facility featuring:

- Oversized change stall with ceiling lift
