Community Bus

Community Bus

Everyone can use the Community Bus.  It is popular with people that normally use the Handi-Van or find using the regular bus difficult. The Community Bus route goes to malls, grocery stores, seniors’ homes, medical clinics and the hospital.


The Community Bus has no stairs and seats up to 18 passengers, including two spots for wheelchairs.

Operating Hours

Monday - Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm


The Community Bus fare is the same as the regular bus and it has the same fare boxes.  You can pay cash or use your transit pass. 

Community Bus Route and Schedule

The Community Bus stops at all regular bus stops along its route.  There are also some stops served only by the Community Bus.  You can transfer between the Community Bus and regular buses to get where you need to go. 

Beginning January 28th, 2019 the Community Bus will provide transit services to The Mount Peterborough, right after the Marycrest at Inglewood stop.The pick up/drop off location will be in the turn around circle, close to the path.
