Caretaker - Peterborough Public Library

We are currently accepting online applications for the part-time position of Caretaker at the Peterborough Public Library.  Online applications must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday, February 25, 2019.

The Caretaker is responsible for the ongoing cleaning and maintenance of the building and grounds at the Main and DelaFosse Branches.

We require an individual with a high school diploma and a minimum of 3 months related experience.  This position requires basic computer knowledge and training in WHMIS and Accessibility.  This position is physical in nature with tasks including moving furniture, mopping, shoveling and lifting up to 50 lbs.

This position requires the incumbent to have the flexibility to work a variety of different shifts including evenings and weekends.
