Beavermead Campground is located in the heart of Peterborough on the east shore of Little Lake. The campground is open to serve you from May 4 to October 8, 2012. Whether you have a large R.V., a tent trailer or like to tent, we have a site for you. There are a total of 98 sites with 52 sites that have hook up to water and electricity. The remaining 46 are unserviced. All sites are large and shady and for your convenience, there is a centrally located washroom/shower building.Daily Rates (per night charge) |

If you enjoy canoeing, you will find that Little Lake provides a wonderful flat water canoeing experience. If canoeing is not your style, take a lovely stroll on the Rotary Greenway Trail. The Trail is a 22 km multi-use rail trail extending north from Peterborough to Lakefield.
If relaxation is what you're looking for, take advantage of the sandy beach to rest and catch some sun while the kids enjoy the refreshing water of Little Lake (Beach is supervised) or play on the playground equipment.
Beavermead Campground amenities include the following:
