A report to evaluate the planning merits of rezoning the properties known as 1257 and 1271 Lansdowne Street West to permit the redevelopment of the northern portion of the properties for a motel facility with approximately 82 rooms and a multi-unit residential building with approximately 120 units, and placing the southerly wetland portion of the properties into a non development zone.
