Call for Heritage Tradespeople

Event date: Friday, March 23, 2018, from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM

The Peterborough Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee, in conjunction with the City’s Heritage Preservation Office, will be hosting a trade show for heritage tradespeople and contractors on Saturday April 7, 2018. The goal of this event is to connect contractors and tradespeople who specialize in heritage buildings with owners of heritage properties throughout the city.

The Committee is looking for local tradespeople with experience in heritage work to participate in the show. Those with relevant experience are encouraged to express their interest in participating by filling out the application form available hereand at the Heritage Preservation Office at 210 Wolfe Street, Peterborough.

In order to participate, tradespeople must be able to demonstrate that they  have experience working with heritage buildings and that their work complies with the Standards and Guidelines for the Conservation of Historic Places in Canada. A
space at the event will cost $15.

Completed forms must be returned to the Heritage Preservation Office or to eturner@peterborough.ca. The deadline has been extended until  Friday March 23, 2018.
