The City of Peterborough is seeking nominations for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal program, as part of the celebrations marking 60 years of service by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Council will recommend a citizen (and alternate) who has made an exceptional contribution to the City of Peterborough to the federal government for consideration.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada
• Must have made a significant contribution to the City of Peterborough

If you are interested in nominating a deserving individual, you may obtain an application form at the City Clerk’s office, City Hall, 500 George Street North, Peterborough, or online here. Please return the completed application to the contact noted below no later than Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at 4:30 p.m.
