Large article collection is available twice a year, in May and September.  The final 2012 collection date is September 17th.

For a fee, the City will pick up items larger than the weekly allowance such as furniture and appliances.

Tags must be purchased in advance from the Public Works Yard at 182 Townsend Street or at City Hall at 500 George Street North.

The cost is $15 for the first item, and $5 for each additional item 

Tickets for the collection must be purchased by 4:30 p.m. on the Friday before the event. 

Building materials, automobile parts and television are not accepted; take these directly to the landfill. 

For safety reasons, please remove all appliance doors and place them beside the appliance for collection.
