There are a variety of reasons to consider using a personal trainer as part of your wellness routine.

A Personal Trainer can:

Packages

Are you new to fitness, not reaching your goals, or recovering from an injury? Let one of our friendly and motivating certified personal trainers help you achieve your goals. In a safe, supportive, and fun environment our trainers will develop a program based upon your specific likes, needs, and abilities. 

 

Fitness Consultation and Orientation
Make an appointment with one of our certified personal trainers for a fitness consultation and orientation to the Centre. Your trainer will create a plan to assist you in achieving your goals, and show you how to use the equipment in a safe and effective manner.

Cost: Free to Members

 

Youth Get Started Program
Make an appointment with one of our certified personal trainers for a fitness consultation and orientation to the Centre. Your trainer will create a plan to assist you in achieving your goals, and show you how to use the equipment in a safe and effective manner. Successful completion of this required program allows youth ages 13 – 14 to use the Fitness Centre without adult supervision.

Cost: Members $29.50 

 

Personal Training - New Member Special
3 x one hour session, or 6 x half hour session. Cost: $107.50 (one time purchase only)

Personal Best Program
Do you feel you are not accomplishing your goals? This six week program can help you make this year your personal best! Meet with your trainer 3 times a week for strength training exercises.

20 x half hour session. Cost: Members $499.50

 

Sports Team Training
PSWC offers team and group training by certified personal trainers (CSEP). Teams can be trained at the Centre or off-site. Programs can be built to suit every sport.

Fitness Assessment
Fitness assessments are conducted by Certified Personal Trainers (CSEP). Your trainer will assess your physical activity, fitness level and lifestyle, and create an action plan for you. A fitness assessment may include measurements of height and weight, body composition, blood pressure, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility.
