Group Fitness
The Peterborough Sport & Wellness Centre offers a variety of fitness classes that will appeal to all ages and abilities. Classes include options within the Aquatic Centre, the Fitness Centre and the Gymnasium. The classes include Aerobics, Aqua Fitness, Muscle Conditioning, Pre and Post Natal, Specialty Classes like Yoga, and Pilates, Dance Programs like West Coast Swing, Zumba and Belly Dancing, Youth Programs and Martial Arts.
Registered Fitness Programs
Members and Non-Members may register for fitness classes that follow our 8 or 10 week schedule. For further information on these programs please refer to the current
Leisure Guide. To register for any of these programs you may contact the Centre in person or by telephone at 705-742-0050 or you may
register online. Make sure you have your client barcode and pin #. If you do not have this information, simply call the Wellness Centre at 705-742-0050 ext 2201 and the receptionist will gladly set you up with that information.
Member & Drop-in Fitness Programs
The Member Fitness class schedule is not only for members to access, but it's also provided to non-members as a drop in pay-as-you-go option. The Pay-as-you-go rate is $10.00 for non-members. Non-members are simply asked to check in at the front desk when attending drop-in classes. The Member Fitness class schedule can be picked up from the reception desk in hard copy or may be viewed under
