Peterborough Sport & Wellness Centre Day Camps are proud to be part of the HIGH FIVE initiative.
Payment in full must accompany all registrations. You have three convenient options:
- Register in Person - Visit the reception desk at the Peterborough Sport & Wellness Centre at 775 Brealey Drive, Peterborough. Or visit the Recreation Division office at City Hall, 500 George St. N., Peterborough. Cash, Cheque, Mastercard, VISA, AMEX and Interac are accepted.
- Register Online - Review the options and add programs to your basket. You will require an account PIN number and a client barcode for each family member that you wish to register for a program. A valid credit card will be required to complete your transaction and registration.
- Register by Phone - Please call the centre at (705) 742-0050 x2201 to register using a valid credit card.

What is an Account PIN number and a Client Barcode
If you have registered for a program with us in the past, you and your family will already be in the system. If you are new to our programs, or would like to update your family account, please call us at 742-0050 and our receptionist will assist you.
Personal Health and Information Forms
Health forms are mandatory for each child registered in a day camp program and are kept on file. If your child is involved in more than one week of camp this summer, please note that staff will utilize the same form over the course of the summer, so please provide any updates to staff promptly. The Personal Health and Information Form is available for pickup at the Peterborough Sport & Wellness Centre and at the City of Peterborough Recreation Division office. The form may be faxed or emailed to you upon request by contacting the Centre at 742-0050 x2201. It may also be completed or downloaded online. Please submit forms to the reception desk at the Peterborough Sport & Wellness Centre at least one week prior to the start of your child's camp program. If you have any questions regarding the form, or would like to discuss information pertaining to your child in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact the Program Recreationist
Withdrawls, Transfers and Refunds
An administrative fee of 10% ($5.00 minimum) is charged for withdrawl requests made prior to the program start date. Refunds are not offered after the program starts unless accompanied by a medical certificate. In this case, refunds will be pro-rated and will be subject to the administration levy. No administrative fees will be charged if you transfer your child to a different program (space permitting).
