Geocaching - (pronounced geo-cashing)
Geocaching is an awesome adventure game for GPS users; you get to go on a treasure hunt! Hidden "caches" have been set up all over the world. Cache locations are posted on the internet at www.geocaching.com. GPS users download and use the location coordinates posted on the website to find the physical location of a cache. The cache is a water-proof container that's full of items to trade - anything from stickers and trinkets to bandaids. You never know what you'll find! The rule is simple: if you take something from the cache, you must leave something in its place. There are MANY caches set up in the Peterborough area. How many can you find?
