2018 Summer Sports Camps

The Recreation Division in partnership with many local sport organizations are pleased to offer many exciting sports camps this summer! Registration for 2018 summer camp is available now. Simply click on the "Register Now" button below to register for a program. 

A Health & Information Form must be completed & returned for all summer camp registrations.

Register NowUltimate Sports Camp

Youth Soccer Camp
This camp is led by the Peterborough City Soccer Club and offers several different age and skill categories from 5 to 16 years of age.  It offers half day (5 & 6 years), full day, "Just Girls", Rep and Goalkeeping camps.

Football Camp
This camp is led by Kinsmen Minor Football Club representatives and will focus on training and techniques for offensive and defensive players, as well as team strategies.  This program is offered to boys and girls ages 8 to 13 and all activities are of a non-contact nature.

Junior Tennis Camp
This is a half-day camp led by the Quaker Park Tennis Club instructors to youth ages 9 to 16 years.  This camp will develop hand-eye coordination, teach basic stroke skills and introduce the fun of game play.

Basketball Camp
This camp is led by local high school coach Craig Muir to youth heading into grades 5 to 10.  This skill development program will focus on individual and team oriented basketball skills, shooting, passing, offensive and defensive concepts, sport and physical conditioning and of course game play.

Ultimate Sports Camp
This camp is led by the Peterborough Rugby Club to youth ages 8 to 14 years.  This camp will introduce campers to non-contact rugby as well as sports such as; archery, giant ball soccer, cricket, disc golf, ultimate Frisbee, tennis, Aussie Rules football, and basketball.  Two off-site bus trips are planned each week to sport facilities. 
**The NO LIMITS camp includes an off-site trip to go TreeTop Trekking in the Ganaraska Forest (Must be 9 years old and 55 inches tall).  A TreeTop Trekking Waiver needs to be completed and returned to the Recreation Division for all participants in the NO LIMITS week of camp.
