Tax Certificates

The City of Peterborough issues tax certificates upon written request. Tax Certificates are currently printed two or three times per week depending on the number of requests received.

The current cost for Tax Certificates is $40 per roll number. 

Zoning Compliance and Work Order Certificates can also be requested, however, we ask that you pay for the Tax Certificates separately.
