Late Payment Charges

Penalty and interest charges will accrue on instalments of taxes which are not paid on or before the due date. The charge will commence on the first day of default and on the first day of each calendar month thereafter at a rate equal to 1.25% (15% annually). Penalty and interest charges are accumulated on unpaid tax amounts only and are not compounded.
