Call Recording

As part of the Social Service Division's commitment to providing the best possible service to our clients and partners, both inbound and outbound telephone calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance purposes.

Client Complaint Procedure

If you feel that a staff person has treated you improperly, please follow these steps:

  1. Talk about the situation with the worker,
  2. Talk about the situation with the supervisor.

If you are not able to work it out or if you are not satisfied with the outcome, please drop off a written complaint to the Division Manager within five (5) working days.
